Make the ctrl-alt-del key combo on my ipad

I want to synch with my computer at work.  By our IT department's requirements, my computer defaults to requiring a ctrl-alt-del key combination and a password entry after a certain period of inactivity.

I see through the FAQ that this problem has been raised and addressed, but I cannot make that key combination on my ipad.  How is it done?

While connecting between ipad and computer, You can use ctrl-alt-del combo keys on ipad if your computer keeps in logged in state or locked state.

How to use this combo keys:

on ipad, open virtual keyboard, tap ctrl, then tap alt, then tap delete, that all.

Once your computer logged out or just re-booted, Splashtop Remote can't connect the computer because our server programs are still not been launched.

Here a mail from Germany. Where can I find the DEL-Key on the iphone/iPad? In the german version there is only a "ESC". I need the DEL key to unlock a WinXP-Computer.

Hi all,

Can't you see the Del key on the upper right corner on our virtual keyboard? If you are iphone, you may need to tap&scroll the F keys bar with a finger to show it, ipad can directly show all keys on a screen.

It would be good to capture a screen and attach here for us to fully understand your case.

Now it work “super-great”! I didn’t know that`s possible to move the bar.

Thanks a lot for the fast and good support.
