Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 - App crashes at start

1.9.5.12 crashes during startup on Tab 10.1.

Can you guys provide a fix? Please !!

Same problem I really hope to use this app. Unfortunately i waited to long to test it out now i cant even get a refund.

Splashtop Remote HD has compatibility issue(means not working) with Galaxy Tab 10.1. Our engineers are working on this now.

The solid schedule still depends on whether there are other issues on this device. So we can't promise the exact release time. Before we can provide new version to fix this issue, if you need refund, please go to http://support-remote.splashtop.com and open a ticket. Our support team will tell you what information is needed, and refund ASAP.

After refund, you could  purchage our app again if you still want to use it in the future. If you wouldn't mind, we will send notification message when this app is ready for Galaxy 10.1.

Unfortunately, 1.9.5.15 is still not working when using a Galaxy Tab 10.1. The app no longer crashes, but all I see is the top right corner of my Windows 7 PC, at a low resolution. There is no way to pan around the screen. As far as I can tell, it is operating exactly the same as the non HD app.

Check option “use xp style…” may be helpful.

Thanks for the quick response. My PC's resolution is 1366x768. It's a netbook that I hook up to my TV. It's usually connected via HDMI but I see the same problem when using the netbook's screen.

Welcome. Is your TV's resolution 1920x1080? And did you try the way in the link http://support-remote.splashtop.com/entries/514346-why-do-i-only-see-part-of-my-computer-screen

Turns out the HDMI was indeed running at 1920x1080, but the fix in that link doesn't help. I tried setting all the way down to 800x600 and still the same problem. It looks like I only get the first 640x480 of any given resolution. Frustrating...
