I'm trying to set up remote internet discovery and when I type in my Google account info, it tells me my email or password is incorrect. I have triple checked my entry and I have entered both correctly.
Any ideas?

Hi, Mark
As our tests, it is currently only allowed gmail account with @gmail.com and @googlemail.com. Did you try it with a gmail account like above? Just to make sure the function works well on your platform. If you won't mind, you could create a account for Splashtop Remote access. Thanks!
Sorry, but this app simply isn't ready for prime time. I've been a webmaster/IT professional for 15 years, and although I understand every program has glitches, this one has too many. I also have a Google account, and when I'm on my LAN, Splashtop logs into it fine. But once I'm not on the LAN, Splashtop is pretty much useless. It won't recognize my gmail account (even though I have my Xoom running my internet browser already, and I'm able to log into my gmail account on the browser!) My set-ip doesn't permit port forwarding, so without the Internet Discovery feature working, Splashtop is pretty much useless. I'm getting a refund.
Hi mate,
I use Splashtop HD on my Xoom just fine for Gmail Internet discovery until the newest update in morning. Splashtop is not able to recognize my Google account and says "wrong password or email" though I just use the same acc yesterday. Any ideas on this? Can you please help to solve this prob? Cheers
same problem .... Work great on local wireless but when I try to connect via preferences using my gmail account it doesn't recognise it and I am sure I am typing it in correctly

Sorry for the inconvenience, please help to check that while can't sign in gmail account in the device, how about the Streamer?
Thanks!
So, me, too. From the desk top streamer.
