Hi,
I posted on Twitter about this, and was told to ask a question on this forum. I see now that there are other similar topics. Either way, Splashtop Streamer closes and restarts constantly with version 1.5.5.4. It does not do it immediately, but it can start at any time. The only way that I can get it to stop is to restart Windows. I'm sure there's other ways to make it stop, but I'm too lazy. I have noticed that my usual way of fixing something like this, ending the process, doesn't work. I can't end the process via either Task Manger, or the command line. I always get "access is denied". I don't know if this is normal, but just thought I'd mention it. I assume the restarting issue is a coding error. I assume this is just a bug from code written to restart srserver.exe when it gets closed. I definitely like that feature, seeing that I also use RDC, and when I connect via RDC, it kills srserver.exe. If the engineers need any data from me, please feel free to contact me. I'd be more than happy to help. I love this product!

Same here! Windows 7 64Bit.
Same here, already reported and log sent.
Hi all,
When you got this issue, please try "LOGOFF Windows then LOGIN again". Ususally it can stop this annoying problem. It's a known issue and will be fixed in next update. Please stay tuned.
Thanks for your kind patience.
Same thing, makes the product unusable!
Is there any update on this? Logoff doe NOT help when i log back on it continues to restart itself.
I have to uninstall and reinstall. until this happens again.
Hi all,
This issue has been addressed and will be fixed in next update, it's coming soon, please stay tuned.
Thanks for your patience!
Hey Jaff,
I want to joint the others in "begging" for the release. You have a awesome piece of software here and it just sits on my beautiful Galaxy Tab 10.1 with being able to be used! What a shame.
Looking forward to the release, if there is anything that I can provide as user feedback please don't hesitate to ask.
Ron
@Ron,
We are preparing the new update, it would be in these two days. Please stay tuned.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi all,
Windows Streamer v1.6.0.1 just released, welcome to have a try!
http://www.splashtop.com/streamer/download
Jaff,
Here is what I found so far with 1.6.0.1. First off MUCH more stable so thank you. I used it accessing from my Andnroid tablet with Splashtop HD installed. For the first 4 or 5 times I was able to connect and reconnect without issue. Then on about the 5th time I connected the screen resolution went to native. This is my first hint that the "Streamer" shown in the tray had crashed. So sure enough I did a "user log off" from Windows, waited, reconnected and everything came back.
Four things that I note when this happens;
1. Spashtop disappears from Windows 7 tray
2. Splashtop on the Android reverts to the Host PC native resolution (everythign is tiny)
3. The sound is no longer redirected and back to the Host PC
4. Running Splashtop from the start menu gives me the "port not reachable error".
Hope this helps as you continue to refine this great app!
Ron
Jaff,
Sorry to say but the problems still persist. Have to constantly log off and log back on to get the streamer working properly.
Ron
I can confirm that the latest update did NOT solve the problem on windows 7 64bit.
After a few hours the streamer will simply crash itself and will no longer show up in the task bar.
Hi all,
Please install v1.6.0.1 by this way:
1. Uninsall previous version.
2. Restart pc.
3. Reinstall v1.6.0.1.
This way can get a brand new install instead of partial upgrade.
Jaff,
Tried that it didn't work either.
Ron
Jeff,
I also confirm that uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling did not solve the problem. The streamer will exit itself after a few hours.
Please advise.
We are actively working on this issue, could you provide us more info about your usage:
ex.
Is your OS Windows server 200x?
Are you using Splashtop Remote with VPN/RDP simutaneously?
How long will get this streamer restart issue? couple minutes or couple hours?
Thanks for your kind help.
Jeff,
No only it randomly shuts itself off, it also started restarting itself endlessly (and yes i upgraded to the latest version).
Per your questions:
- Windows 7 64BIT (not windows server)
- Normally 12-24 hours. sometimes less until it starts going crazy.
(blocked message by replying a NOREPLY mail address from user-Ron)
Jaff,
Thanks for the quick response.
1. Windows 7 Professional 64bit
2. I don't VPN and I have RDP enabled but don't use simultaniously
3. Seems to start acting up depending how many times I log in
Kind Regards,
Ron Kendig
I'm another new user disappointed that I paid for this app on my iPad not knowing that you can't access a server if you're not logged in. My VPS is running Windows Server 2003 with Splashtop Streamer 1.6.1.
I can only get Splashtop Streamer to run while a user is logged into the server on a PC, which defeats the whole purpose of remoting in from my iPad. I know you are aware of this issue and you have no solid idea of when it will be ready, but I just want my voice to be heard.
Another user having this problem
1. Windows 7 Pro 64bit
2. no RDP in, but I do RDP out from the computer running the streamer at times
3. It happens almost immediately sometimes after a reboot, and won't stop until I reboot again.
I should point out I also run this on a WinXP box and do not have the same issue. I am running the latest version 1.6.0.1
Another user here:
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
I have a TeamViewer client running and I have RDC available, but never using either of those simultaneously with SplashTop
Got the latest version of SplashTop, and it starts crash/restarting within minutes.
@jeff mine was running on port 9200 when it was crashing. I will try to change to port 6783 and report back.
I'm running on 6783 and always have been, assuming that's the default.
I had this problem, too. Win 7 64bit. Reinstalling, restarting, etc did nothing. It would even close and restart while it was on the introduction screen where you enter the password. The only thing I had changed was enabling Remote Desktop. I turned off Remote Desktop, restarted, and now the problem is gone. Is it not possible to have Remote Desktop enabled with Splashtop?
Noel,
Thank you! Someone finally found the problem, about time! This shoudl give the folks at Splashtop somthing they can now focus on to get the two programs running simultaniously. Actually if I could transfer files using Splashtop I wouldn't even need Remote Desktop!
Thanks much!
Ron
I'm just like Tom Kurowski. Win7 x64, Teamviewer server running along with RDP (I can NOT give up RDP), all on standard ports. Same with Splashtop Streamer (port 6783).
Streamer crashes every minute or two, then starts right back up.
Addendum: Running 1.6.0.1. Even disabling RDP and turning off Teamviewer (and LogMeIn, and every other "remote" app) it still crashes again and again even after clean re-install.
I also have VMWare installed so there are two virtual network adapters in addition to an Intel NIC.
Here's my log after re-installing (and rebooting) and watching it crash a dozen times in a short while... This really needs to be fixed. I bought the client just to have the server app act up like this. It worked for several weeks up until recently.
I can confirm that disabling RDP stopped the contact crashing of Splashtop but this needs to be fixed ASAP as there is no reason the two services wont be able to work together.
@Noel,
Do you mean after you manually connect your ipad to your computer, the streamer on computer won't happen crash&restart issue?
@Jonathan Bitran,
Do you think change port to 9200 is also a factor to this issue? If you use port 6783 and enable RDP, streamer will crash&restart?
I'm running Win 7 32 bit on two different machines and I'm getting this problem on both. Constant restarting of the streamer - makes the machine unusable and obviously the streeamer doesn't work. Have followed all adviced in this thread.
I've tried it on different ports including the default one.
As well, if I manage to catch SplashTop when its open and manually close it (right click icon, close), it STILL opens automatically and continues crashing.
I have to manually stop the SplashTop service, otherwise it continues to start/crash. For some reason its 'access denied' if you try to do it just through Task Manager. But if you open Services, you can stop it there.
Why don't you guys put out another update that includes a logger? If written appropriately, we'd have all the relevant information for you guys, and I'm sure a large number of us wouldn't mind giving you the information!
Is there a way to log things right now?
Sorry FYI - I didnt have any problems until I updated to the new version. When I saw it crashing everywhere, I uninstalled it and put whatever 1.5 version I had. But now it crashes too.
Also still having this issue on the latest version (1.6.0.1) on Win7 Professional 64bit. I can stop the crashing by killing the service, but then I (obviously) can't connect my iPad to my PC.
@ Jeff:
Changing the port to 6783 did not solve the problem. As soon as i disabled RDP it sopped crashing and was stable for a full day. I then re-enabled RDP and after a few hours it crashed again. Now i disabled RDP again and so far so good.
Same problem here, win7 x64, latest version of splashtop remote, RDP protocol on (cannot give up this) and default port.
It started acting up shortly after installation and now, even after uninstall/reinstall, I can't even get past the welcome screen, it just crashes and restart.
It looks like it started acting up after trying to use the google sign in option, it might be a coincidence though.
Sorry for the double post!
I got it to work for now, hasn't crashed for an hour and I got through the setup. I simply installed the program in compatibility mode (windows XP SP3). You might want to try this!
@Jonathan Bitran,
Could you tell us more about how you use RDP and Splashtop Remote to let it get crashed?
Hi all,
If you are willing to help us, please attach your SPLog.txt under C:\Program Files\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server here or send it to strc-winlog@splashtop.com with subject "log for win streamer crash&restart". (thanks for Tom's reminding)
@Jacques-Etienne Beaudet,
Does your workaround on xp also work on win7?
On your xp, after this special installation, it can let both RDP and Splashtop Remote work normally?
Jaff,
Sorry I wasn't more clear, all this was done on a win7 PC (I don't have xp installed), I installed the splashtop streamer with the "Windows XP (Service Pack 3) option. I've attached a screenshot just to make myself clear ! ;)
Both RDP and splashtop remote seem to be working normally BUT, each time I connect via RDP, the splashtop streamer crashes and restart automatically and it does the same when I disconnect RDP. I haven't tried both at the same time, let me know if you think it would be useful. You can see this situation in the log at the end (september 27th morning).
FYI, I'm using the default port for splashtop streamer and RDP.
Thanks for your help!
Unfortunately, I have to take back what I said, splashtop streamer just started acting up like everyone else. Crashing and restarting automatically, out of nowhere :(
@ Jeff here is my log starting with my recent fresh install on September 24 with RDP service disabled, then enabled it and it started crashing again, then disabled RDP again.
All,
Same exact thing happening to me. So right now I am running without RDP. I really like the speed and performance of Splashtop! Like I said before, add the ability to mount a local drive and then I really don't even need RDP because you have a client for my laptop as well.
Ron
Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue on my home and work computers, both Windows 7 64bit. I purchased the new Touchpad app last night and then installed the streamer on both computers. I need to have RDP and Splashtop working simultaneously. Any help would be greately appreciated.
Keenan
I am also having the problem under Windows 7 64bit and RDP enabled. Apparently not a problem on my Windows 7 32bit or Vista 32bit machines. Disabling RDP resolves the issue but is obviously not desirable. I hope this can be fixed quickly!
@Jacques-Etienne Beaudet , Jonathan,
Thanks for your log.
Hi all,
I found some of you may get an expectation that's not designed on Splashtop Remote, let me give a designed behaviors about coworking with RDP in Splashtop Remote.
Scenarios:
1.Computer B has installed Streamer and launched
2.use ipad to connect to computer B
3.computer A initiates a RDP session to connect to computer B
At this moment, Streamer on computer B will automatically close itself then restart again, but only one time. and right now, both RDP and Splashtop Remote on ipad see a same screen of computer B.
4.when you close/disconnect RDP session, computer B is in a logoff state, Splashtop Remote will be disconnected automatically, and try to reconnect to computer B. At this moment, you can still type password to login computer B again via Splashtop Remote's re-connection session.
In short, while Splashtop Remote connecting to a computer (either in logged in state or logged off state), a new RDP session will cause Splashtop Remote disconnect and reconnect immediately. That's because RDP and Splashtop Remote use different protocols, we have to have such behaviors(close streamer&restart) to secure Splashtop Remote can connect to a computer which's in either login or logoff state.
Hope this explanation can get you clearer on the behaviors coworking with RDP.
If your crash&restart case on streamer is not caused by RDP/VPN/VNC session coming in, please tell us your scenario and leave your log file to help us on further investigation. Thanks!
Jeff,
I am not sure i read your comment and conclusion correctly but there is absolutely no RDP client trying to connect to my desktop when Splashtop is starting to crash. I hardly use RDP at all. I only need to enable the RDP service on the desktop for Splashtop to start crashing. No one ever tries to login via RDP when this is happening or before this is happening.
For splashtop to stop crashing the RDP service must be disabled.
@Jonathan,
Could you share me FULL name of this RDP service? you are using Win7 64bit?
Jeff,
Yes, windows 7 64bit:
Control panel > System > Remote settings > change "remote Desktop" to "Don't allow connections to this computer"
RDP is now disabled. Splashtop is no longer crashing.
Jaff,
Exactly the same with me. Not using RDP it is only enabled. So right now I have it disabled and Splashtop Streamer has not crashed in days!
Ron
Jaff,
Same here, Windows RDP is enabled but no connection is initiated. I understand both cannot work at the same time but I need the option to have them both active at the same time!
I'm having this problem as well. Not only is the application constantly crashing and restarting, when doing so it steals focus from the front application.
Having kept an eye on the app using the SysInternals tool Process Explorer, I see that the application in question constantly restarting is DataProxy.exe, which then loads cmd.exe, in turn loading spupnp.exe. These three apps repeatedly start, one calling the next, and then crashing. DataProxy.exe is being called from SRServer.exe.
As some of the other contributors to the thread have stated in their cases, likewise for me, disabling RDP is not an option. Windows 7, x64. Hopefully this info is useful.
Just purchased this product for my touchpad and I am having this same issue. I am on Windows 7 64-bit with RDP enabled. I HAVE to use RDP during the day to access this machine and then I use my touchpad with the streamer during the evening to access the machine. I am NOT using RDP and Streamer at the same time BUT they must be able to co-exist with each other. RDP is used by a large amount of people so there is no reason for your product to expect its users to disable RDP. I can understand not using them at the same time but they should be able to co-exist with each other and the user can use them one at a time. This problem needs to be fixed otherwise I have no use for your product and the crashing and restarting is EXTREMELY annoying.
Just to be clear, as my previous post was a little vague: On my Windows 7 64bit box, I must disable RDP as Jonathan describes in order to allow Splashtop to work. I have constant restarting of the Splashtop server or I simply can't enable the server at all. I am running the latest version of the server.On my Windows 7 32bit and Vista 32bit machines, I do not have to disable RDP in order to connect using Splashtop.
I guess that according to all the replies here it is safe to assume that this is only happening on Windows 7 64bit with RDP enabled regardless if any RDP sessions is being connected to the box.
Agreed. Just one more note: Installing the server using Compatibility (Vista sp3) mode did seem to stop the constant restarting - The server simply wouldn't enable. After disabling RDP and then doing a logoff/login Splashtop worked.
I think one can sort of work around the problem temporarily by enabling RDP from splashtop, then connecting via RDP, then disabling RDP at the end of the RDP session.
I use a script to disconnect an RDP session to avoid leaving the desktop locked: a batch file with the command "tscon.exe RDP-Tcp#0 /dest:console" (must be run as administrator), which also happens to leave the splashtop server running.
FWIW, I tried this and was able to connect to the machine using both methods.
Indeed, Jonathan. This appears to be the case.
And Jaff, understand: There is no RDP that is not Remote Desktop Services, a.k.a. "svchost.exe -k NetworkService" in the conversation. Meaning, there is not some other RDP service your software is not compatible with. Please remedy this.
I'd like to thank David Ross Smith and Kevin Leinbach for their excellent posts.
I have the exact scenario with Windows 7 32 bit. Hope for a solution soon! Need both ipad access and RDP to my machine.
Thanks,
Same issue. Please help! I need access to both RDP and splashtop.
Same exact problem here, has been happening pretty much ever since I first started using this product months ago, none of the updated versions fix it. The problem just happens out of the blue too, like this morning I woke up and went to the PC and it was doing it, when I hadn't even been using it or RDP recently. I too have to reboot Windows to fix it. This is annoying as heck, please fix this as I have purchased 3 copies of this software on 3 diff devices and it's unusable due to this!
Just curious if a fix for this is on the agenda
I just started using the software with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, and I see the exact same behaviors as Ron. The service remains running, and restarting it from the Services control panel brings the UI back, but still with the "port is not reachable" error that he mentioned.
However, I may have found a temporary workaround to avoid restarting or logging out of Windows, at least sometimes. It does not fix the issue, but it saves a few minutes working around it.
SRLogin.exe does not come back for whatever reason, but the port error is gone and I can connect. YMMV. I hope a fix is on the way.
I got to thinking, and the procedure I listed above can be done with a 3-line batch file. So you'd still unfortunately have to be in front of the machine or connect to it with RDP/VNC, but at least it's one double-click to temporarily fix.
I've attached a batch file with the following commands:
net stop SplashtopRemoteService
taskkill /im SRLogin.exe
net start SplashtopRemoteService
Hi all,
We are right now actively working on this issue, however, our engineering needs more info from your environments. Could you do us a favor to enable a registry key to log some more info for engineering purpose? Here are the steps:
1.download the attached file
2.rename it to be SITEnable.reg
3.double click on it to execute it, it'll trigger a system warning, please agree to continue
4.restart your pc or re-launch your streamer (right click on the icon on system tray, Exit, manually launch it from Start again)
5.collect the SPLog.txt when crash&restart happens
6.attach your log here or send to strc-winlog@splashtop.com , with a subject "log for win streamer crash&restart"
7.please remember to disable it(or remove it) after collect the log for performance issue
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Splashtop Inc.\Splashtop Remote Server]
"SITEnable"=dword:00000001--->enabled
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Splashtop Inc.\Splashtop Remote Server]
"SITEnable"=dword:00000000--->disabled
Thanks for your kind support, we'll try to figure out the solution sooner.
I have attached my SPLog.txt when the crash occurs. Thank you for your help!
Hi all,
I'm sorry, we still need another log file "SRServiceLog.txt" under the same folder. This file only generated when key of "EnableSIT" enabled. Please also send it back to us after crash&restart happened. It's a crucial log for this issue.
Thanks!
Jaff,
The referenced registry key does not exist. 64-bit Windows, remember?
Should it be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Splashtop Inc.\Splashtop Remote Server instead?
I also note this (with the latest version). Additionally, USB devices connect and disconnect until I stop the Splashtop server service. I make backups to a flash drive and the flash drive keeps coming and going. On another machine my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse come and go.
Hi all,
We found another clue causing this problem. Please help us to do an experiment:
We found a RDP related virus will continously send attacks to group computers, this attack will cause Splashtop Streamer repeatedly restart itself. Please help to change another port RDP used to see if there's any difference. This is the article about this RDP virus:
http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/08/28/morto_worm_spreading/
This is the workaround to change to another port for RDP:
Find the key under this path, and change the value to another non-default number, ex. 00000d3e (it means 3390) or another port number.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp]
"PortNumber"=dword:00000d3d (3389)
Please share us if this workaround works for your case, or tell us it's not working for your case. We'll keep finding another possible cause and get it fixed.
Thanks for your patience and great help!
Thanks for continuing to work on this, Jaff. I changed the port as directed, and it didn't change anything for me. I've recently run a scan with Microsoft Security Essentials with the latest definitions without finding anything, and none of the symptoms listed at the following page apply to me:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Threat/Encyclopedia/Entry....
@Matt,
Thanks for your quick response, this attack is from another computer, so you may be not able to scan it on your computer if it's not infected.
Hi all,
We are sorry to make a mistake on the previous registry key name, I've corrected it above and as following. Totally we need 3 log files, Could you kindly do us this favor again to send us back 3 log files?
Sorry about the inconvenience!
Log#1: SPLog.txt, get it from my previous post
Log#2:SRServiceLog.txt, get it from the same time as SPLog.txt
Log#3: Windows system log
Steps for Log#1 & #2:
1.download the attached file
2.rename it to be SITEnable.reg
3.double click on it to execute it, it'll trigger a system warning, please agree to continue
4.restart your pc or re-launch your streamer (right click on the icon on system tray, Exit, manually launch it from Start
again)
5.collect the SPLog.txt when crash&restart happens
6.attach your log here or send to strc-winlog@splashtop.com , with a subject "log for win streamer crash&restart"
7.please remember to disable it(or remove it) after collect the log for performance issue
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Splashtop Inc.\Splashtop Remote Server]
"SITEnable"=dword:00000001--->enabled
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Splashtop Inc.\Splashtop Remote Server]
"SITEnable"=dword:00000000--->disabled
In addition, we also need another Windows log file to help us get more info about this problem, here are the steps to get
it, please also attach it for us. Thanks.
Steps for log#3:
How to invoke Windows “Event Viewer” and save log?
1.R-click on [Windows Start Menu] > [Computer] > [Manage]
2.On right panel (Tree view), Computer Management > System Tools > Windows Logs > Systems
3.Right click on “Systems” to select “Filter Current Log…” to select “Logged by Last 24 hours”
4.Save log: right click on “Systems” then press “Save Filtered Log File As…” (.evtx)
(For step 3 & 4, please find attachments as reference)
Please collect this log after Streamer crash&restart event happened.
Thanks for your kind support, we'll try best to figure out this solution sooner.
Just wanted to add my "me too". Bought Splashtop yesterday and the streamer is constantly crashing/restarting.
Forgot to add: Win7 x64 Pro
Hi all,
Our engineering just have a fix on this issue, however, we still need your help to confirm if it works on your case. Please follow the steps to update a SRService.exe file, then have a try again.
1) Uninstall Splashtop Streamer from Control Panel (please skip this step. sorry)
2) Make sure RDP default port is 3389(Do not change RDP port, please change back if you had been changed by my previous request)
3) Execute SITEnable_x64.reg/SITEnable_x86.reg
4) Stop Splashtop Remote Service from Computer Management (refer to step #6/a,b,c)
5) Replace SRService.exe under path (based on v1.6.0.1 Windows Streamer)
x86=> C:\Program Files\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server
x64=> C:\Program Files(x86)\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server
6) Restart Splashtop Remote Service again from Computer Management
a) R-Click “Computer” icon on desktop to open R-menu, select “Manage” to open Computer Management
d) Go to “Service”
c) Restart “Splashtop Remote Service” again
7) Check if Splashtop Streamer is on/off repeatedly, or not?!
**If unfortunately it still happened, please send back the SRServiceLog and System event log for investigating.
--SRServiceLog.txt
x86=> C:\Program Files\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server
x64=> C:\Program Files(x86)\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server
--System event log
a) R-Click “Computer” icon on desktop to open R-menu, select “Manage” to open Computer Management
b) Go to Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System
c) R-Click on System to open R-menu, select “Save All Events As…”
d) Select file Save as type is default (*.evtx)
We're looking forward to hearing the good news from you. If possible, please share us your results of this update, no matter it works for your case, or not?!
We are sorry if it made your inconvenience. So, if it's fine for you, we'll very appreciate for your any response and information.
Also thank you for your great help and patience.
Sorry, please ignore step#1. No need to uninstall.
Installed your patch. I'll let you know if it makes any difference. Thanks!
Just wanted to let you know that initial tests look promising. I haven't had any crashes/restarts since I followed your steps. :)
I'm posting this using Splashtop >Win764bit machine w/RDP enabled and I had not been able to do this prior to using the replacement file posted above. Thank you! Seems to be working great!
so far working for me too. thanks!
Hi all,
A formal release Windows Streamer v1.6.5.3 just released, it fixed this Streamer crash&restrat issue, welcome to update it.
http://www.splashtop.com/streamer/download
The new release fixed the constant crashing if RDP was enabled. I did enable RDP and loaded Splashtop and left for work. Splashtop worked great. I do not stay connected all day, just when I need to check something. Later in the day, I decided to try connecting via RDP. I was not connected with Splashtop at the time. RDP failed to connect and Splashtop failed to connect for the rest of the day. When I got home, I re-started my PC and then Splashtop worked fine.
Should we be able to switch between the two utilities (as long as we are not using them at the same time)?
Thanks!
I installed the latest version of Streamer today (6/24/12) on Windows XP. It worked fine until the computer had to be restarted, and then would not work (task bar = Streamer closed). Tried running from program list, no results. Only fix is to download/repair installation. Help please.
@Dennis,
Do you mean you still can't get streamer automatically launched even though you have re-installed and resarted your computer again?
Thanks so much for your prompt reply. The problem was that Streamer would “freeze” in the off position after restarting the computer. I couldn’t access it from the task bar, the desktop, or the program list. My only recourse was to download the program and use the repair option. After doing this four times yesterday, the problem seems to have resolved over night. I’ve tried restarting today and Streamer is happy. If the issue resurfaces, I’ll get back to you. Otherwise, I’m very happy with both your product and your support.
Thanks again for your attentiveness,
