I got the splashtop remote app installed on my pre3 when I transferred my profile from a pre2 was that maybe by mistake? because of it is not supposed to run on the pre3 that would explain why it all seems to work until it connects to my desktop and never displays the actually desktop on my phone, just a dark screen that's all.

The question really is at this point if it should work on the Pre3 and there is something wrong  with the setup or if this is expected as not supported.

PS: firewall, ports all checked and should be setup correctly of course. Desktop is running windows 7 prof
