1. Launch Norton Internet Security from Windows > Start Menu > Norton Internet Security.

2. Click on Settings > Network > Smart Firewall, then click Configure[+] for the Program Control item, as indicated below.

3. When the Program Control window displays, click the Add button to create Internet access for the Splashtop program.

4. Add the following application files into the “Program Control” list.

Program Folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server

or

C:\Program Files\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Server

 Application Files:

•  Dataproxy.exe
•  inputserv.exe (only necessary for Splashtop Remote Touchpad)
•  spupnp.exe
•  SRFeature.exe
•  SRLogin.exe (no longer exists in ver. 2.x and later)
•  SRServer.exe
