When playing video the audio lags behind video. This problem occurs to varying degrees regardless of the connection. Is there anyways to change the settings on either the desktop of playbook to get the video synched with the audio. Also, there is a noticable popping/crackling sound on the audio. Any way to fix this?

Audio is bad. Static, cracking and out of sync. Using vlc player with latest codes.
Didn't notice that problem however I wanted this to solve a Netflix problem which it does with video but there is no audio when connecting the playbook via HDMI to my TV. Is this something that can be fixed in the playbook App?
Me too! Fix the audio lag. On the same network there are no issues, over Internet discovery the audio is behind by 2.5-3 seconds.
Hi all,
Sorry for this issue. Our engineering already looked into it, will inform you again once there's further progress.
This issue only happened in remote connection case, we have different channels to stream video and audio, video will be higher priority. This issue will happen if audio get a worse/slower channel than video. Before a new update coming, please try this way to get the chance to work around:
Disconnect then reconnect(please use Home button or Disconnect function to disconnect, and wait for 15~30sec before the second connection) to get the chance to get a better channel for audio.
This is happening on my PC when accessed by Internet Discovery from any other device such as iPhone, iPad or iMac. I've tried wiping my PC's partition numerous times, swapping parts out of the PC, re-downloading drivers. Nothing is able to fix this issue. I have since come to the conclusion that its the Splashtop software because it works FINE when on the same network, off the network using Internet Discovery causes 2-4 second audio delays.
This is getting out of hand, please fix this issue guys! Watching video from a remote connection (Internet Discovery) is impossible with the delayed audio.
I have the same issue with internet discovery from PC to PC. both PC's have 20/20mb internet connectivity. Resolution would be most appreciated!
