Hey,
Our connection is really slow when we are trying to connect our computers over the internet. We are using the google sign in feature and we are able to connect our mac's together however the video is choppy . I am currently using the wifi but have a full signal on my streaming computer
We were thinking that it is because of google's servers being an intermediary and were wondering if that is true?
We cannot connect our computers directly without signing into our google account.
We have tried several times and it says "cannot connect to computer" error every time.
We were hoping we could directly connect without using google so that the speed would be better and our video would play less choppy.
my download rate is 10mbps on the streamer side, and upload is 3mbps but when I'm connected via splash top I'm only using about 1mbps of my upload bandwidth... How can I increase this? The other computer that is connecting to me has a 4mbps download rate via speedtest.net so in theory we should be able to connect at 3mbps - what is the bottleneck that is limiting us? is it google?
we even tried connecting at 800x600 resolution and this helped a little bit, but still the video is choppy
please let me know.. thanks
