I'm so disappointed...I'm using windows to windows splashtop, and I can't get the mouse to work right in any full screen games, like Skyrim or Oblivion. I've tried it with multiple hosts and multiple clients. The mouse is waaaaay too sensitive. It makes the product worthless to me.

There have been previous threads posted on this so it's a long standing issue. I was hoping the latest version had fixed this but it doesn't. Is this that hard to fix? It's disappointing because your system seems to the only one that streams fast enough to make games playable but this is a show-stopper. Please fix this.
I tried the latest version 1.7.5.6 and this problem is still there. I tried left 4 dead 2 which actually crashed, but portal 2 launched but had this issue, same with deadspace. I also tried an opengl game (enemy territory quake wars) and the mouse was non-functional in this game. I realize this game is opengl but I believe it uses directx for input, so I was surprised it didn't work at all. I don't have much hope for that game in particular working if it uses a different input method but it would be great if this could be fixed for others. Another thread similar to this had a post from an Employee saying this is a known issue but that was some time ago. Is there any progress being made on this issue?
Hi all,
We do plan to support this feature, actually, our new product Splashtop THD for Android specially designed for playing games has already supported this feature in game mode for Skirym.
However, it's still not supported in other products by products positioning consideration and some technical concern. Anyway, our product team will try best to satisfy most of users and plan all good features into products.
Please stay tuned.
Hi thanks for the reply. I realize there seems to be a focus on mobile devices (which is obviously a growing market). For myself however, I'd like this for gaming throughout my home, regardless if my other machines are 'killer gaming rigs'. This seems like it would fit the bill nicely.
Maybe you won't answer here as I'm going off-topic but you mentioned the THD version, and it stresses the benefit of the nvidia chip in the tablet. I'm a little confused on this, I understand the benefit of a nvidia card in the pc as it's using the onboard hardware encoding to encode the 'movie' one is making on the fly for the stream, but why does the client need it as well? Unless I guess it's to decode the movie via hardware decoding. Because a beefy 3d card on a client pc or in the case of THD a tablet shouldn't matter because as far as the client is concerned, it's not 3d at all but just a movie being streamed to the device.
Anyway, please fix the mouse issue on PC clients! It would be much appreciated!
So there will be no support for playing games on the ipad 2 app? the app will be useless to me otherwise. I'm trying to play fallout 2 windowed and the only thing that doesn't work is that the mouse cursor is too sensitive. Is it that bad that you have to make a whole new product that only caters for androids??
nevermind Ive managed to get it working by tweaking the games' ini files. had to set the games mouse to background. which gives more control over the games cursor and makes it alot less sensitive. I then increased its sensitivity by 100% in the ini to make it more responsive and using a lower resolution for the game and splashtop.
This is crazy, mouse support needs to be fixed asap.
I use Input Director to fix this problem (PC to PC).
