Please select the Splashtop Streamer you worked with.

Enter the installed Splashtop Remote Streamer version and Streamer OS version, i.e. service pack3(for Windows) or OS X 10.6.5(for Mac)

Please select the product you are using, i.e.: if you are using the Splashtop Remote Desktop HD for HP TouchPad version, please choose the type: Splashtop Remote Desktop.

Please select your client device here

Fill with the Splashtop Remote (application) version installed in iPod, iPad, iPhone or Android device, i.e. 1.2.5.1 in iPad, or 1.0.0.2 in NexusOne

Select an Android device from the list if your client device is Android installed, and please describe your Android device in "Client version" field if it's not in the list

Select a platform if you are using Windows client
