In some older versions of Windows Streamer, such as v1.5.5.x, there are some situations wherein you may see these error messages. These have been fixed, so this won't happen any more if you install the newest Windows Streamer v188.8.131.52 or above. First you must un-install your old Windows Streamer. Then re-boot your PC, and install the newest Windows Streamer from our web site (which, as always, is FREE).
However, if you still get this issue, you can try one of our work-arounds below.
1. Log Off of Windows, then Log In again. It may get everything working.
2. Or, restart your Router (especially if your Router just finished a busy download process), then try again.
